You understand and agree that 101WebTemplate assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to offer any website design. 101WebTemplate is not responsible for third-party programs or links.

No Resale of Services
The templates may be used for your own and/or your customers' websites, but you may not put them on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale. This means that if you are a web developer and consultant you are free to use the templates in the design of your customers' websites. However the templates may not be resold in any sort of collection, such as distributing to a third party via CD, diskette, or letting others to download off your websites, etc. You may not edit the template and then sell it, in anyway. Royalty-Free
In this agreement, is defined as your right to purchase any of our products for a one time fee without having to pay any further commissions to us for using our templates for multi-websites design. This DOES NOT mean you are purchasing the right to resell our products.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that under no circumstances will 101WebTemplate be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted through the site, and 101WebTemplate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of revenues or profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
Refund Policy
We do not refund any monies for return of the template. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The requirements for downloading and editing templates are clearly stated, so make sure that you have the software required before you purchase the template. Prior to your purchase you have the opportunity to download our Free Web Template and ask us questions to make sure that the template suits your needs - no refunds will be given on the basis that the template does not meet your requirements.
You are responsible to have the programs and knowledge in order to open, view and edit web templates.
